State Registration Form

The pageant is April 10-11 2026 in Prescott Arizona. Contestants must be a resident of Arizona to compete for the overall title. Out of state contestants can compete as Honor Roll receiving only a score card for the overall competition (honor roll can win optionals). A registration form (including deposit) must be completed for each individual contestant. Any discounts applied must be approved by State Directors. You will receive an informational email and invoice via email upon completion of this form.

Required Program Ad

Each contestant must submit a full page ad/good luck page for the program book. The one contestant who sells the most ad/good luck pages will be crowned Covergirl and join the Overall Arizona Court. Judges will break any ties.
